Thats the big rig that remained after the crash and then the fire. That rig was engulfed in flames at one point. Had to shut down the entire northbound side, southbound traffic was getting by with big distractions and at times they had to shut that down as well. You see the receipt roadways. All the activity took until just about an hour ago, just after 3 30 they reopened the lanes.
