. this morning president trump seems to be sending a different message than his acting border chief over what would happen to bahamian refugees fleeing to the united states. everybody needs total proper documentation. look, the bahamas has some tremendous problems with people going to the bahamas that weren t supposed to be there. i don t want to allow people that weren t supposed to be in the bahamas to come into the united states, including some very bad people and some very bad gang members and some very, very bad drug dealers. the white house has not provided cnn with evidence to back up the president s claim. earlier acting border chief said bahamians would be allowed into the united states whether they have travel documents or not. he said the decision will be made on a case by case basis

different plants in six different cities surrounding jackson here. of course that came just days after that massacre in el paso where the gunmen directly targeted latinos. now, look. the acting department of homeland security kevin mcaleenan expressed some regret talking about the tone of it. that it was unfortunate, the timing of it, when it came into effect. but it was those images of the children whose parents who were snatched up and came home to nobody while they waited for a parent or guardian to get them that gripped this nation. and when the acting border chief was asked about that viral video, this is what he said. they are here illegally and there s additional fraud that goes with this. so i understand that the girl s upset and i get that. but her father committed a crime. and just so the american people
