Fujifilm Is the Latest Victim of the Global Ransomware Spree

Fujifilm, the Japanese film company that somehow survived (and then thrived) amidst the digital photography revolution, would appear to be the latest victim in a recent blitz of ransomware attacks. The firm has announced that it’s investigating the “possibility of a ransomware attack,” while noting that it was still working to determine “the extent and the scale” of the incident.
“FUJIFILM Corporation is currently carrying out an investigation into possible unauthorised access to its server from outside of the company,” it said in a statement Wednesday. “As part of this investigation, the network is partially shut down and disconnected from external correspondence,” the company further stated, while noting it had suspended “all affected systems in coordination with our various global entities.”

The purpose of today s call is for us to review our fourth-quarter results, as well as provide our financial outlook for the upcoming first quarter and fiscal 2022 year.
it depends how long we re going to see this infrastructure be a problem. it s not just the plants, but even if they have stuff to be shipped. they can t get it on the roads, can t get it to the port, can t export it out. we re going to probably see i have a quote here from the president of acer computers. he says the pc industry should stay intact for the next 2 to 3 months. it should cause some short-term price inflation. so i would say within the next few months, we might start to finally see some impact. best buy and walmart and others are saying too early to tell right now, but i would suggest if you see something you like, you might want to go ahead and buy it now. it sounds like that s the advice to consumers. if you see it, go ahead and buy it now and just not chance it. if you know you re going to buy that item anyway, go ahead and get it now. great point. if you re thinking about upgrading, thinking about making that decision, why wait? the inventory are still at the sto
