On Saturday, in the afternoon, at Queensland Multicultural Centre, Kangaroo Point, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the celebrations of 40 years of Access Arts, and the Governor addressed guests and presented a Certificate of Patronage.
