Patrick Oboi Amuriat being rushed to hospital by police
The opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate, Patrick Amuriat has been hospitalised today Monday after being pepper-sprayed by police. 
Amuriat was heading to Tororo district in eastern Ugandan through Bugiri district when police officers intercepted him in Buwaya village and blocked him from proceeding with today s campaign program.
Amuriat s supporters who waited along the streets protested the police move prompting police under the command of ASP Abraham Asiimwe to fire teargas to disperse them.
