Clara Anderson chosen as Abington Garden Club scholarship recipient

Clara Anderson, of Middleboro, has been chosen as the recipient of the Abington Garden Club’s $750 scholarship.
A 2021 graduate of Middleboro High School, Anderson received numerous awards for her scholastic achievement and for her contributions to the school’s music and drama productions. She received two gold keys, a silver key and an honorable mention for her artwork this year in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards at the regional level. Anderson was also a feature twirler and team captain of the Middleboro Majorettes.
Anderson plans to attend the University of Delaware where she will major in art conservation and biology.
