Innocean Australia has strengthened its team with 10 new staff across CX, creative and account management as part of the agency’s continued transformation to deliver a multi-channel, CX and integrated approach for clients.
Charlotte Berry, most recently a senior strategist at UM and copywriter at CHE Proximity, joins as senior communications strategist. Her role sees her bridging creative, media and planning disciplines from the inception stage of client briefs to creative execution.

Innocean Australia has announced ten new hires, as part of the agencies new “multi-channel, CX and integrated approach for clients”.

Included in the new hires is Charlotte Berry, who was most recently a senior strategist at UM and copywriter at CHEP. Berry joins as senior communications strategist.

Carly Pelham joins as a senior account director from CX agency Apparent. Abigail Sands joins as a CX account director, Joel Kroon as a CX strategist, Fiona Wang as a CX project manager and Emma Culbert as a senior account manager.
