PHOTO: FILE RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) has designated six open spots for sacrifice of animals on Eidul Azha. The cantonment administration has divided the areas in 10 parts where coronavirus Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be strictly enforced. The cantonment authorities will provide free services like drinking water for citizens and water needed in slaughtering animals, disposal of offal, shifting of meat. The cantonment administration will dig big ditches at six places to dispose of blood from animals. ....
