The volume of real estate transactions in the Kingdom’s Eastern Province reached SAR36 billion ($9.6 billion) by the end of Q3 of 2023, revealed Abdullah Saud Al-Hammad, CEO of the Real Estate General Authority. Al-Hammad pointed out that real estate activities have contributed to 6.1% of the GDP according to the statistics of Q2 of 2023, and their contributions to non-oil activities reached 12.7%.
