Pakistan s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari s recent visit to Iraq, described as historic by Islamabad, has resulted in no significant achievements. The visit did lead to several MoUs, but progress in such areas as enhancing trade and cultural cooperation have been considered minor by observers.
