A car traveling over 100 mph on Route 105 in Sheldon struck a cow in the road on Sunday night, killing the driver and the cow, police said. Jason St. Pierre, 48, from Enosburg, was driving a 2000 Jaguar sedan with passenger Cody Sheperd, 30, at about 11 p.m. when the crash occurred just before Abbey Restaurant, according to a press release from Vermont State Police.
