Sporshia began her journey in the showbiz industry in 2011 as a model in an advertisement campaign, titled "Amader Desh ta Shopnopuri”, for a telecommunications company. Since then, she has received praises for her performances in multiple films, such as “Nabab LLB” alongside Shakib Khan, “Kathbirali” with Asaduzzaman Abir, and “Abar Boshonto” with Tariq Anam Khan.
The actress believes that despite the perception that she is not active on social media, she is indeed working diligently. Following the elections, her upcoming film, "Suswagatam," is set to be released.
After winning hearts in the films, "Kathbirali" and "Abar Boshonto", actress Orchita Sporshia is returning to the big screen with the film, "Ekhane Nongor". The film is directed by Mehedi Rony.
Shringla said that both the countries have been blessed with history, culture, language and above all an ardent belief in freedom, justice and pluralism, and described the commonalities as the "bridge" to a future of peace and prosperity.

Noting that the government will develop infrastructures needed for filmmaking up to upazila-level, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today urged filmmakers to produce high-quality films upholding the glorious history and spirit of the Liberation War for future generations in order to counter distorted history. The history of our Liberation War was distorted after the killing of the Father of the Nation on August 15, 1975. I d like to request you to uphold the history that we are the victorious nation. We earned victory through the Liberation War. We need to make more such films so that the future generations can learn about the history of our victory, she said.
