Certus acquires first Nevada company

Orlando, Fla.-based Certus Pest has acquired Las Vegas Pest Control. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. PCO M&A Specialists, a division of PCO Bookkeepers, acted as exclusive financial advisors to Las Vegas Pest Control in the transaction.
The marks Certus’ first acquisition in the Nevada market, expanding its company footprint into a new state.
Founded in 2006, Las Vegas Pest Control serves pest control customers in the Greater Las Vegas Valley with a focus on fast service, excellent training and quality processes.
“I’ve always prided myself on the training and support that I’ve been able to provide our technicians, and I didn’t want to lose that legacy,” said Las Vegas Pest Control Owner Russell Hedland. “Knowing that Certus will continue this commitment allows me to retire without worry or regret that my team won’t get the same support I provided.”
