A big day was had by driver Ron Cushing, trainer Heidi Cushing and their owner Kevin Sywyk on Thursday (Nov. 16) at Plainridge Park after combining for a hat trick of winners, two in career best miles and including both top condition races on the card.
Brett Beckwith was a tough out at Plainridge Park on Thursday afternoon (Nov. 9) as he won five of the eight races on the program, including a natural hat trick in races six, seven and eight on a day that featured a lot of rain and a very sloppy track.
Normally leaving the gate fast to cut the mile, Torrid Saint A raced from off the pace on Thursday (Oct. 26) at Plainridge Park and scored the best win of his career in the $22,000 upper-level conditioned pace.
