A Cradley Heath artist has produced a new version of West Midlands Mayor Andy Street’s Tube-style transport plan for the region. Ben Poultney has unveiled his take on the proposed transport map for the West Midlands which is full of local landmarks. The creation includes Dudley Castle, the Man on the ‘Oss in Wolverhampton, the Red House Cone in Stourbridge and the Merry Hill centre in Brierly Hill and is available in black and white for people to colour in. Ben, founder of Draw my Town, said: “I was scrolling through social media and I saw the original map pop up. I kind of recognised it - initially I thought it was an alternate version of the London tube map - then I realised it was the West Midlands. ....
A MAN has been fined for breaching coronavirus restrictions. Brad Lewis Cox, aged 26, of High Street, Dudley, admitted being in a car in Himley Road. with two others he did not live or work with. He was fined £100. He was also fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 costs after he admitted possessing cannabis.
