It s almost March which means St. Patrick s Day is right around the corner. Even thought last year s St. Patty s Day didn t really happen (thanks rona), 2021 is already bringing better news. The 3rd annual St. Patrick s Day Bash at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds is happening, and new this year is St. Patrick s Day Parade.
Is it really a St. Patrick s Day celebration if there isn t a parade? This year, there definitely will be one!
On day 2 of the 3rd annual St. Patrick s Day Bash at the fairgrounds, for the first time ever, they will be having a St. Patrick s Day parade. For those who would like to participate in this year s parade, they can call Kelly at the fair office to register, 563-326-5338. There is no charge to enter the parade, and the deadline to register is March 10th.
