MANILA - The freedom of speech of every Filipino continues to prevail in the country, Malacanang said Thursday. "The freedom of speech is prevailing in this country. It is guaranteed by the Constitution," Press Secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles said in a Palace briefing.
