US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Japanese Finance Minister Shunichi Suzuki discussed macroeconomic matters and sanctions against Russia on the sidelines of the G7 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meeting in the Japanese city of Niigata, which wrapped up on Saturday.
