Nightclubs and larger live events. our scotland correspondent lorna gordon gave us this update. in terms of who will check and how they will check, she says it has to be a common sense approach by the venues involved, so for instance if someone goes into a pub, for lunch midday and is still there 12 hours later when that pub turns into a nightclub, venue, by the definition given by the scottish government, they won t be expected to have their vaccination status but if they are going into a nightclub at midnight they will. at larger event staff will be expected to carry oleate a reasonable number of check, there will be an app for people to show their vaccine status, that will be available to download on 30th september so from the day before, but of course you can already download your qr codes on your phone or indeed ask for a paper certificate to be sent out to you, or download that certificate and print it at home, so there are other ways round having that app. it was a move to reass ....
