It’s not all that clear when flames painted on cars have become a thing, but the fact remains that someone, somewhere, decided that painting fire on a car’s body would somehow increase its value. And it did, for a while at least, as a few years ago, you couldn’t build a proper custom car without gifting it with some type of art flames. 11 photos
We’re pretty certain flames were not something people wanted to be associated with cars back in 1934, though, the year this here Ford is supposed to have been born. Yet, here they are, even if from a distance they kind of look even worse than that, like red blood stains splattered on the hood, fenders, and doors.
