Lt. Col. Michelle Olaivar, PRO-10 spokesperson, said preliminary investigation has been conducted in Tuesday's killing of Senior M/Sgt. Ruel L. Vacal, who died of three gunshot wounds. "We spoke (with the investigators) last night, and as of the moment the identity of the suspects were negative as well as the motive," Olaivar said in an interview Wednesday.
