According to the Business and Licensing Office (BPLO), some 13,014 applications were processed manually, while 2,301 were registered online. Of the number, 4,202 business permits have already been issued. "We can release the business permits, once they are finished with all the clearances," Permits and Licensing head Stela Rose Rayos said.
