Florida Department of Health has a vaccine locator to confirm vaccine locations and contact information in the state.
Eligibility to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in Florida includes all persons 18 years of age and older.
Teens that are 16 or 17 years of age are also eligible only for the Pfizer vaccine, and they must have a completed consent form.

Charlotte County will open two new vaccine sites starting Wednesday bringing the number of sites to three.
In Englewood, the new site is Tringali Park Creation Center, 3460 N. Access Road.
In Punta Gorda, the new site is the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center, 75 Taylor St.
Vaccine administration will continue at Harold Avenue Regional Park, 23400 Harold Avenue in Port Charlotte.
The number of doses has increased dramatically since a month ago with 7,000 received this past Wednesday and the same number expected next week, Communications Director Brian Gleason said.
In addition to the county, Publix Super Markets announced Thursday that they now offer COVID-19 vaccines at all of their in-store pharmacies in Florida. Vaccine seekers must schedule the Publix vaccine during days when the store opens its registration calendar, typically 7 a.m., several days a week at www.publix.com/covid-vaccine.
FDOH-Charlotte launches call center for vaccine appointments, reservations

The Florida Department of Health in Charlotte County launched a call center Tuesday for COVID-19 vaccine appointments – and you can call ahead to reserve your spot.
The number is 866-200-9160 (or 833-990-3549 for TTY users), and while the County doesn’t have any vaccine doses available right now, you can go ahead and call to get your name on the list for when appointments are ready to be made.
“You’ll be able to register your information, and then you’ll receive a call back from a live person. That live person will coordinate your appointment based on availability. So, for example, let’s say one week, we received 2,000 vaccines, and next week we receive 1,000; they’ll be able to pull from this pool of people and then be able to register folks as appropriate. Lee County vaccination sites hit capacity on day 2 well before first shot given

In Lee County, hundreds of people lined up again overnight for their shots on Tuesday, with the situation turning hostile at times.
All three sites one each in Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers were at capacity before the clinics were set to open at 9 a.m.
