The classes are held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Wednesday in the Mill Room at Sawmill Market, 1909 Bellamah NW. Each class has a different curriculum and approach. The classes began July 21 with a lesson on tequila and mezcal. Attendees followed step-by-step tutorials to create cocktails including margaritas and learned about the history of tequila and mezcal. The course was led by Michael Trujillo, director of mixology and spirits education at Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits.
