Murder charges laid in connection to death of man in Owen Sound

Kincardine, ON, Canada / ShorelineToday.ca May 25, 2021 | 6:17 AM Three people are facing first-degree murder charges in connection to the death of a man in Owen Sound. We told you last week that Grey Bruce OPP Criminal Investigations Branch were called to investigate after a man was found with serious injuries as a result of an altercation on the 900 block of 6th Street East the evening of May 16th. The victim was taken to hospital where he later died. He has been identified by police as 22-year-old Kody Hunter of Holland Centre. Saturday night, investigators announced that they have arrested two people (21-year-old Robert Jackson of Owen Sound, and 39-year-old Christie Currie of Chatsworth Township).
