South Oxfordshire District Council officers are on the hunt for the offenders behind the pile of rubbish on a grass verge at Greenfinch Road, Didcot. The six bags of waste at Great Western Park included beauty products, sweet tubs and a Facebook photo frame. One Wantage resident Susan Leake advised the council to do a reverse image search on the photo in the frame. Another Val Berry advised to go through the trash in case there is a bill or a receipt in there.
