Many Thanks on Behalf of Brother

To the Editor:
I want to thank the folks in Watertown and Woodbury who reached out to our family since my brother Barry passed away recently at age 75.
He fought recurring heart failure and COPD valiantly these past 10 years.
We are now relieved that his struggle is over and he is in a better place with his older brothers Brian and Billy.
I would not be able to write this letter had not Barry saved me from a roaring Echo Lake Road, Watertown house fire that occurred four days before Christmas in 1955.
While our late mother, Winnie Butterly, carried 2 year old Chuck out of the fire accompanied by 6 year old Judy, I was lost in the upstairs bedroom.  ....
