Realtor Joan Baines has joined the Jack Lingo Realtor office in Millsboro.
Baines and her husband Gordon moved from New Jersey to the Plantation Lakes section of Millsboro two years ago to be near the beaches and live in a much more affordable area.
Baines came to Delaware with 40 years of residential real estate experience, which included marketing and selling new homes and resales as well as representing estates, first-time buyers, relocating buyers, sellers, downsizers and retirees. She became a Realtor in Delaware and went to work in a Bethany Beach office. She realized more knowledge of the area would be beneficial, so she took some time off while learning local geography.
