MORTON, Minn. Hypothermia contributed to the death of a missing man found dead Sunday, Jan. 31, within the Lower Sioux Indian Community.
According to a news release Tuesday evening, Feb. 2, from the Lower Sioux Police Department, the preliminary autopsy for Quincy Schaffer by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office found no significant physical injuries indicating assault or other cause of death.

LOWER SIOUX INDIAN RESERVATION The body of a missing man was found Sunday morning in a lightly wooded area of the Lower Sioux Indian Reservation, according to a news release from the Lower Sioux Police Department.
The man was reported missing Wednesday. A community-organized search party found him deceased around 11:15 a.m. Sunday, according to the Lower Sioux Police Department.
The name and age of the man has not been released.

The sheriffâs office says they have received multiple reports of fraud involving U.S. Small Business Administration loans.
Victims of this fraudulent activity may have received statements indicating a SBA loan has been established in their name.
