EXCLUSIVE: Criminal Alien Arrests at U.S. Border Exceeds 6K in 2021 14 May 2021 As Border Patrol struggles with the surge of migrants this year, a law enforcement source informs Breitbart Texas that more 6,000 migrants with serious criminal records were apprehended since the new fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020. One thousand of those were apprehended in the Rio Grande Valley of south Texas alone. The term “criminal alien” is not used by the Border Patrol to refer to migrants with only immigration violations. It is reserved for those with criminal convictions for state and federal crimes like murder, rape, sexual assault, burglary, robbery, narcotics, and more.

Border Patrol agents along the entire U.S.-Mexico border reported about 173,500 encounters in April, up from 169,200 in March. The busiest sector was the Rio Grande Valley in southeastern Texas, where agents reported about 60,800 encounters in April, down from 62,700 in March.

The Border Patrol agents, affiliated with the Rio Grande Valley Sector from Edinburg, make the apprehension Monday morning, according to a Border Patrol Facebook post. Agents assigned to the Corpus Christi Border Patrol station were conducting train check duties in Robstown when they noticed tell-tale signs on the side of a train gain hopper consistent with migrant smuggling.

The agents aided the unresponsive migrant and stabilized him before arranging transportation to a regional hospital. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Kingsville Station encountered an unresponsive migrant adult male on a ranch about 80 miles from the Texas border with Mexico. The migrant appeared to be suffering signs of severe heat stroke, according to a tweet from Rio Grande Valley Sector Chief Patrol Agent Brian Hastings. Kingsville agents work together to save the life of a migrant in severe medical distress.

Illegal Aliens Using Rail Cars to Invade the United States   EDINBURG, TX – Rio Grande Valley Sector (RGV) Border Patrol agents apprehended 24 migrants in a train grain hopper in Robstown, near Corpus Christi, Texas. Tuesday morning, agents assigned to the Corpus Christi Border Patrol station were conducting train check duties in Robstown, Texas, when they noticed tell-tale signs on the side of a train gain hopper consistent with illegal alien smuggling.  Agents climbed aboard the train and discovered several illegal aliens inside the grain hopper.  They were removed and found to be in good health. One individual did require medical assistance for a small cut sustained to his chin when he and the others entered the grain hopper in Laredo.  Laredo is on the border approximately 120 miles southwest of Robstown.  The illegals are all adults and nationals from Mexico and Guatemala. All of them were taken into Border Patrol custody.
