A federal jury has convicted a Greenville man, who is a registered sex offender, of attempting to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity.
According to a news release, 29-year old Dustin Stone of Greenville was arrested in November of 2018, when he traveled to Paducah with the intent of having sex with a 13-year-old female he believed he was communicating. Stone was actually communicating with undercover detectives with the Paducah Police Department. Stone sent sexually explicit text messages to the investigators and further solicited the encounter through a series of phone calls with an undercover female detective.

Use of Electronic Means for Meetings and Voting (HB1816/SB1183)
Any meeting of the association (e.g., annual or special meetings of the members), board of directors, or committee may be held entirely or partially by electronic means so long as the board has adopted guidelines for the use of electronic means at such meetings. The guidelines must ensure that those accessing the meetings are authorized to do so and that persons entitled to participate in such meetings have an opportunity to do so.
