There is no better education than in-person education. With almost $300 million federal funds for Guam DOE, half of it was already received, there are no more excuses not to implement person-to-person education. Why?
The military here has implemented person-to-person learning since last June of last year but there are no outbreaks of COVID.
Children and young adults have strong immune systems and resistance against COVID except those with serious underlying conditions.
Guam has 8,000-plus cases out of 170,000 people which is only 4.77% of our population. Our recovery rate is 99.92%, because the total deaths is 13,9 but most of them had serious co-morbidities or already passed upon arrival in the hospital.
