COLUMBIA, Md., Feb. 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/  Today, MISSION BBQ announced the donation of $362,320, to Wreaths Across America
TM (WAA). This contribution was made possible thanks to the generosity of Our Customers and their support of the American Heroes Cups. The donation will help to sponsor over 36,000 veterans wreaths to remember our fallen U.S. service members during the 2021 holiday season.

Daughters of the American Revolution
Regent Robbin Christman reported 95 wreaths were sponsored for Wreaths Across American by the local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, which met Jan. 9 via zoom. She suggested the club continue the project another year, and asked for suggestions for other programs to support veterans.
Cheryl Abernathy reported OneEighty, a women’s and children shelter, received the My Bag items and bags for children who are taken in. Since this is a continuous project, DAR members will continue to collect personal items and bags until OneEighty indicates it needs more. Suggested items to collect are stuffed animals, puzzles, books, activity books and toys. ....
