The ensemble roster for Showtime’s series adaptation of Walter Tevis’ iconic sci-fi novel The Man Who Fell to Earth is continuing to expand as Lodge 49 alum Sonya Cassidy has signed on to join the Chiwetel Ejiofor-led cast, according to Deadline. Based on the 1963 novel and the 1976 film adaptation of the same name, The Man Who Fell to Earth follows an alien who arrives on Earth at a turning point in human evolution and is forced to confront his own past in order to determine both his and humanity’s future.
