The NBA has never been so talented. The league is so loaded with great players this season that there could literally be a third All-Star team with a roster of 15 players. Don t believe me? To illustrate this point, this slideshow will be naming 15 All-Star-caliber players who will probably end up being All-Star snubs this season. Before we get to the snubs, however, here are the 25 players who will likely be heading to Atlanta on March 7th for the All-Star Game:

In what will be an exciting matchup between two top NBA Western Conference teams, the Utah Jazz and the LA Clippers will face each other at Staples Center on Wednesday. This game will be the first of a two-game mini-series. The LA Clippers are cementing their status as contenders and enter this matchup on a four-game winning streak.
As far as winning streaks are concerned, no team can match the Utah Jazz right now, as they have won their last eight in a row and look to continue their dominance.

Jokic has been arguably the best player in the league this season. He s averaging a near triple-double with 26.9 points, 11.3 rebounds and 8.6 assists per game on .567/.400/.850 shooting splits. Joel Embiid has a slightly higher Player Efficiency Rating - more on him soon - but Jokic leads the league in almost every other advanced statistic, such as Win Shares, Box Plus/Minus and Value Over Replacement Player. 50 POINTS
The only real knock on Jokic is that the Nuggets are 13-11, ranking them seventh in the Western Conference. As dynamite as they ve been offensively, they currently rank in the bottom half of the league in defensive efficiency.

After getting compared to the woeful 2000 and 2013 NBA Draft Classes leading up to draft night, the 2020 Draft Class has actually been one of the better classes in recent memory. There are a handful of players with All-Star potential, and maybe even All-NBA potential. There are also a number of solid rotation players that were selected at various points in the first and second rounds. Through a quarter of the season, here are the 15 rookies who have caught my eye.
Note: There are two more rookies who have a ton of potential that do not appear on this list due to injury (Obi Toppin) and lack of playing time (Devin Vassell). I expect both to be impact players once they get enough serious run on the court.
