Instead of the declared contents -frozen jams- boxes of fresh carrots and broccoli were found in the shipment consigned to Zhenpin Consumer Goods Trading. It arrived at the Port of Subic last November 22 and was the subject of an alert on November 27, District Collector Maritess Martin said.
