Police Constable Jamie Lewis and Police Constable Deniz Jaffer, both based on the Metropolitan Police’s North East Command, have been charged with misconduct in public office. The pair are alleged to have taken photographs at the crime scene following the deaths of social worker Bibaa Henry and her sister Nicole Smallman. The pair were stabbed to death in Fryent Country Park in Wembley, north-west London, in the early hours of June 6 last year.
