According to a Vernon North Okanagan media release, the mother reported her stroller stolen to the RCMP and then posted to social media about how devastating the crime was on her and her young daughter. The stroller was a life aid for the mom whose young daughter has mobility challenges and needs the stroller to leave for the house for day-to-day activities.
