A 33-year-old Myrtle Avenue man was charged with first-degree stalking, violation of a protective order and breach of peace. A 53-year-old Bergh Street man was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence and failure to drive upon right. A 34-year-old Mountain Road man was charged with possession of a controlled substance. A 43-year-old Dean Street woman was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
