Broncoman s First Impressions of this year s draft By Broncoman on May 3, 2021, 1:13pm MDT + Well another draft has come and gone and like anything in football, we can all complain or praise the draft, but in the end we won t really know how good or bad this year s draft is until 3 to 4 years down the road. So here are my impressions. Round 1 - Patrick Surtain, CB While I think this was a safe pick it either speaks to the fact that the Broncos really were targeting Trey Lance, or they really feel like they can swing a deal for Aaron Rogers in a few months. Surtain was the best CB in this draft IMO, however, I don t think there was that much difference separating his potential from day 2 picks at CB. I think he had the best game film of any CB in the class but I also think he may be maxed out on potential. I see him as a solid player but not elite like a Patrick Peterson, Champ Bailey or Dion Sanders. I may be off on that, but since he got to p ....

(Daily Trojan file photo) The USC men’s volleyball team lost its seventh match in a row this Thursday, falling to Concordia University in Irvine, Calif.. The final set scores for the game were 23-25, 22-25, and 22-25. CUI came out strong offensively against USC, setting the tone early with their first five points being kills. For the final two sets, the Trojans managed to keep themselves neck-and-neck with the eagles, but it was late-set attack errors that ultimately allowed their opponent to run ahead on the scoreboard. ....
