If youâre looking for a way to celebrate National Burrito Day today, grab a burrito for only $9 from the La Carreta food truck by Agua Linda and enjoy it at their outdoor seating.Â
The burritos are packed full with a meat of your choice or a mix of veggies if you donât eat meat. Mild sauce, lettuce, cheese and sour cream are also in every burrito. Even without any extra add-ons, the ground beef in this burrito was very flavorful and the mild sauce had just the right amount of kick.Â
For only $7.25, this grilled tofu and nutritional yeast-filled sandwich with coleslaw, barbecue sauce and organic field greens is served on a toasted Kaiser roll. As someone on a non-vegan diet, I was very impressed by the taste and richness of the tofu. Not only is it flavorful, but the chewy texture pairs well with the greens and fluffy buns. The macaroni and cheese is crispy, creamy and buttery. Better yet, itâs only $3.Â
