CHATTANOOGA â A two-day undercover operation by special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Human Trafficking Unit and Task Force, the Chattanooga Police Department and Homeland Security Investigations resulted in the arrest of 14 men accused of seeking illicit sex from minors, including a man from Cohutta.
Nicholas Underwood, 21, was charged with trafficking for a commercial sex act and possession of a firearm while in commission of a felony.
Over a two-day period beginning Dec. 9, as part of an undercover investigation aimed at addressing human trafficking in East Tennessee, authorities placed several decoy advertisements on websites known to be linked to prostitution and commercial sex cases. CHATTANOOGA - An undercover operation in Tennessee let to the arrest of more than a dozen men accused of seeking sex from children.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said the two-day operation began Dec. 9 in eastern Tennessee. The agency said it placed several decoy advertisements on website with known tie to prostitution and commercial sex cases.
Officials said the sting led to the arrest of 14 men allegedly seeking sex from minors. The following individuals were booked into the Hamilton County Jail.

The arrests of 14 men in Chattanooga over a two-day period was an undercover operation by Special Agents with the TBI Human Trafficking Unit and Task Force, the Chattanooga Police Department, and Homeland Security Investigations, the TBI said.
It resulted in the arrest of 14 men accused of seeking illicit sex from minors, including Andy Bagenstoss, the top bail bonding company owner in Tennessee.
TBI officials said, Over a two-day period beginning December 9th, as part of an undercover investigation aimed at addressing human trafficking in East Tennessee, authorities placed several decoy advertisements on websites known to be linked to prostitution and commercial sex cases.
