About 60 people work in the company’s office in downtown Chicago and the firm, one of the busiest residential builders in the city, employs nearly 500 corporate, management and construction personnel in the Midwest region. Related Midwest is the company behind the 78 megadevelopment southwest of the Loop.
Companies and organizations across the state have been instituting stricter vaccine guidelines as the delta variant gains steam. Universities such as the University of Illinois System and health systems including Loyola Medicine have recently moved to require vaccines.
