The Shelbyville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12 in the Common Council Chambers at Shelbyville City Hall, 44 W Washington St. to consider three petitions from Speedway LLC. The first request is a special exception to allow for fuel sales in conjunction with a convenience store in the BH – Business Highway district at 3877-3977 N. Michigan Road, Shelbyville. The second request is a special exception to build a pole sign at the same location. The third request is for five development standards for driveway and sign standards.
