Thousands of Oklahoma aerospace positions remain unfilled because there aren’t enough Oklahomans equipped with STEM skills science, technology, education and mathematics says Oklahoma City business leader Phil Busey Sr.
“To be a national aerospace center, we must develop a skilled workforce,” said Busey, founder and CEO of Delaware Resource Group (DRG), a Native American-owned global aerospace industry federal defense contractor. 
DRG employs about 850 people in Oklahoma City and at 130 locations worldwide, a highly skilled workforce that includes software engineers. The company provides simulator-based training, courseware development and instruction and software engineering, all to support simulator-based trai ....
