Updated: 10:20 PM EDT Apr 6, 2021 A middle school gym teacher in Duxbury has been fired as he faces allegations of sexual assault from a former student s parents in civil court.Duxbury Public Schools Superintendent John Antonucci reported during Tuesday s school committee meeting that John Blake s employment with the district was terminated on April 1.In addition to being a gym teacher at Duxbury Middle School, Blake was the head coach of the Duxbury High School boys hockey team.Blake has not been criminally charged.
