StackCommerce, which develops a white-label marketplace which is used by publishers and brands to help connect people with products, has been acquired by
Integrated Media Company (IMC), itself owned by private equity investor
TPG. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Stack Commerce is led by founder and CEO Josh Payne. According to StackCommerce, its partners earned more than $175M on its platform. The companies said that StackCommerce was advised by investment bank CG Petsky Prunier (part of Canaccord Genuity) in the deal; the company s legal advisor was Cooley LLP.

The Los Angeles-based commerce and content platform StackCommerce has been acquired by Integrated Media Company, a holding company set up by the massive private equity fund TPG to acquire new media businesses.
StackCommerce’s affiliate buying platform has distributed more than $175 million on its platform by going directly to merchants. Through its platform, publishers can make between 15% to 20% of gross compared with 5% on an affiliate marketing site. StackCommerce takes 30% to 40% of the transaction, according to a person with knowledge of the company’s operations.
The husband of a former High Sheriff of Derbyshire who died after being swept away following heavy rain has told a coroner he saw no road signs warning drivers of flooding.
Annie Hall, 69, died after getting out of her car, when the vehicle became stranded in floodwater in November 2019.
Mrs Hall and her husband, Michael, were trying to drive home to Ashford-in-the-Water, near Bakewell, in the Derbyshire Peak District, when they were forced to find an alternative way home after the main A6 road was cut by flooding.
An hour-and-a-half case management inquest hearing at Chesterfield Coroner’s Court on Monday was attended by Mrs Hall’s husband, her son, David Pickup, and Mr Hall’s son, Robert Hall.
Notre Dame Announces Swim & Dive Signing Class share
NOTRE DAME, Indiana The University of Notre Dame Swimming and Diving program announced the 2020-21 signing class, consisting of 18 swimmers and one diver from across the nation.

Vincent Van Der Voort came back from the brink of defeat while Cameron Carolissen received a bye after his scheduled opponent tested positive for coronavirus, as the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) World Championship went into its sixth day.
The first round concluded and the second round continued at Alexandra Palace, with the match of the day being the round two all Dutch contest between Van Der Voort and Ron Meulenkamp.
Meulenkamp went two sets up in the contest with a 144 checkout in set two putting him a set away from round three.
Van Der Voort then went on a blistering run of form claiming six of the next seven legs to force a decider.
