A Fort Worth engineer who was terminated last month by aircraft-modification company GDC Technics before it entered bankruptcy has filed a proposed class-action lawsuit against the company.
Kingslea Stringham alleges that she and an estimated 250 other GDC employees were not given 60 days’ advance notice of their termination as required by federal law.
