(NASDAQ: NCBS) ( Nicolet ) announced first quarter 2021 net income of $18.2 million and earnings per diluted common share of $1.75, compared to $18.0 million and $1.74 for fourth quarter 2020, and $10.6 million and $0.98 for first quarter 2020, respectively.  Annualized quarterly return on average assets was 1.64%, 1.58% and 1.19%, for first quarter 2021, fourth quarter 2020 and first quarter 2020, respectively.
