Daily Post Nigeria Published The Department of State Services (DSS) has warned Nigerians to be wary of fraudulent recruitment exercises aimed at defrauding unsuspecting members of the public. The spokesperson of the agency, Peter Afunnaya who gave the warning in a statement said the Service is not running any recruitment program currently. He said the agency has been alerted of a fraudulent recruitment process being carried out by one Jesustofunmi Nifemi Alabi. He also revealed that the DSS does not own a Facebook account or operate other social media platforms. “This is to inform the public about the fraudulent activities of one Jesustofunmi Nifemi ALABI who has created a Facebook group, SSS/DSS Recruitment 2019/2020 to deceive gullible job hunters. Another gas explosion rocks Abeokuta on Eid-el-Fitri day Published Another gas explosion has occurred in Abeokuta as Muslims celebrate Eid-el-Fitri on Thursday, DAILY POST reports. This is coming less than 24 hours after three persons were burnt to death in a gas explosion that rocked Oke-Igbore area of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. The Ogun State Fire Service confirmed the incident in a statement on Thursday. The explosion was reportedly triggered by a refrigerator gas.
